The storm that hits your roof doesn't stop at the shingles. Siding, fascia, gutters, screens, fences. We handle them too, so you're not juggling four contractors for one storm.
Yes. Compass is a roofing company first, but we also handle siding repair, fascia and soffit, gutters, windows and screens, and fences, most often alongside a roof project or storm restoration. The same wind or hail that hits your roof usually hits the rest of the exterior, and it makes sense to fix it all with one crew.
The storm claim advantage
Wind and hail don't pick targets. The same storm that creases your shingles dents your gutters, cracks your siding, tears your screens, and knocks over fence panels. If your claim only mentions the roof, the rest of that damage is still sitting there when the roofers leave.
So when we do your free inspection, we document all of it: dated photos and notes on the roof, the siding, the fascia, the gutters, the screens, the fence. The whole picture goes to your insurer, so your claim reflects everything the storm actually did, not just the shingles. Your insurer decides what's in scope; we work to the scope they approve.
Then one crew handles it. One schedule, one point of contact, one person to call when you have a question, instead of a roofer, a siding guy, a gutter company, and a fence contractor who've never spoken to each other.
Exterior services
Wind peels panels loose and hail cracks them. We repair and replace damaged sections so the wall sheds water the way it should.
The trim where your roof meets the walls, and where rot hides. We repair and replace fascia and soffit, often right when a tear-off exposes the problem.
Hail dents them, ice bends them, and a roof only works if water gets off it. We repair and replace gutters and downspouts so drainage actually drains.
Hail cracks glass and shreds screens, some of the most commonly missed storm damage. We handle window and screen replacement along with the rest of the scope.
The same gusts that lift shingles blow out fence panels and lean posts. We put fences back up as part of the storm restoration.
Even without a storm, a roof project is the cheapest moment to fix the exterior. The crew's on site and the roof edge is open, so fascia rot we find during a tear-off gets fixed right then, not discovered again in five years. Plenty of homeowners knock out a siding patch or new screens the same week the roof goes on.
Honest answer: most of our exterior work rides along with a roof project or a storm claim. That's where we do our best work. But ask. If we can help, we will, and if it's not a fit we'll say so and point you the right way.

Mostly, yes. Siding, fascia, gutters, screens, and fences usually come along with a roof project or storm restoration, because that's when one crew and one schedule save you the most. But it's not a hard rule. If you have a standalone exterior job, call and ask. If we can help, we will.
Usually. Damage from a single storm event is typically one claim, covering everything that storm hit. That's exactly why we document the whole exterior during your free inspection: so your insurer sees the full picture up front. What ends up covered is your insurer's call, not ours. They decide the scope, and we work to what they approve.
Dented gutters and downspouts, cracked or loose siding, torn window screens, and downed fence panels are the easy ones to spot from the ground. They matter twice: they're damage worth claiming, and dents in soft metal are a strong sign the roof took hits too. We check all of it in one inspection.
We do. One point of contact at Compass coordinates the full scope — roof, siding, gutters, screens, fence — on one schedule. You get one phone number instead of four contractors to chase.
